On top of those cases, David still faces two separate civil lawsuits in federal court in San Francisco, California, and a third in federal court up in Seattle.

And the U.S. Supreme Court declined to hear our appeal of the unjust "gag order" injunction that, at least until the trial, prohibits David from releasing more of his videos exposing the abortion giant's evil!

But Planned Parenthood has millions of dollars to spend on lawyers and lobbyists – and they'll stop at nothing to silence David and prevent the truth from coming out.
